This type of installation is quite flexible. Cinematic is optimised and homogeneous chips with clean cut quality are garanteed !
All options and accessories offered by PRECIMECA are of course available and compatible with this design.
THE CLASSIC solution
When site dimensions are not a constraint, an efficient and scalable installation can be installed with an external classifier. PRECIMECA offers standard or customized turnkey installations.
They are made up of the following equipment:
- a mechanical feeding solution
- a feeder
- a shredder
- one or more classifiers having their own support with secured access
- a set of conveyor and recirculation belts
This type of installation allows to achieve high production throughputs with the possibility of using several classifiers in series which can in some cases be bypassed to allow different grain sizes to be produced easily and quickly.
